Pat bola veľmi priateľská hneď na ďalší deň nám zabezpečila požičanie skútra. Ubytovanie bolo veľmi čisté so skvelým vybavením. V deň odchodu nás jej strýko odviezol na stanicu v Kanchanaburi. Ďakujeme. Odporúčam.

Great place to base from to see Kanchaburi. Better with own transport but cabs are affordable. Loud music from river traffic is real. Best to just enjoy it. This place is visually stunning, but the area it is in, is louder than you expect. It is quiet at night, fortunately. There's a great restaurant 750 meters away.

I have stayed here for 4 days, as this place seemed to offer everything I needed for some quiet workation. It served its purpose very well! This cozy cabin is functional, done thoughtfully, well-equipped (with all you need for cooking). It is private with a nice garden, it's beautiful to sit there during sunrise and before sunset, listening to the sounds of nature and birds chirping. Staying at Kantavika's place was definitely one of the highlights of my visit in Kanchanaburi! Kantavika is a very responsive host, she was always there to help with any question or issue I had.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons à PapaHouse229. Nous avons même réorganisé notre séjour en Thaïlande pour pouvoir y revenir car nous avions gardé un très bon souvenir ! Encore une fois nous avons été très bien accueillis. 😊 Tout était parfait ! Le service proposé est excellent : de l’eau bien fraîche nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur et l’hôte, comme pour la première fois, a mis à notre disposition de quoi grignoter. C’est le logement à prendre absolument si vous souhaitez passer quelques jours au Marché Flottant d’Amphawa : c’est un marché très calme la journée et très animé la nuit. Nous avons pu assister à un concert de chanteurs populaires locaux. Très belle ambiance ! Merci 🙏🏽 Nous reviendrons ! C’est sûr !

The place was perfect—just as described! It’s an ideal getaway for a quick family escape from Bangkok. The house is beautifully designed, and if you love traditional Thai architecture with stunning antique furniture, this is the perfect spot. The pool and garden were lovely, and it’s only about 10 minutes from Amphawa Floating Market. Highly recommended! The host was also very nice, with easy and smooth communication.

נהננו מאוד מהשהייה. חיפשנו דירה לפני הטיסה אבל מחוץ לרעש של בנגקוק והדירה הזאת היא אכן באזור מקומי שקט ובכל זאת מאוד קרובה לשדה התעופה ויש הרבה דברים לעשות באזור. המארחים נפלאים ואדיבים. קיבלנו את פנינו, נתנו המלצות רבות לשהייה נעימה. היה לנו כיף.

in 12 years of using airbnb, this place is easily my favourite. beautiful, peaceful house surrounded by greenery and rice fields. i felt right at home. the house had everything i needed & more, leelawadee even shared some of her delicious food with me. she is an outstandig host, very friendly and caring. she helped me out with everything and made sure i was comfortable. i loved to talk to her and listen to her music. there are cats and the sweetest dog i haver met. if i could give this experience more stars, i honestly would. if you're looking for a quite place outside the city (but still easy to reach by scooter!) this is the place to be. i can't wait to come back!

Great location to spend a few days in the countryside with the kids. Loads of cyclable trails behind the house, huge garden. Water filter is a plus. Beds were really comfortable.

very lovely couple. Johan met us at 7/11 across from the bus station. They are always their to help and answer your questions. The house is central to all areas and helped us hire a bike to get around, good price. The room is simple, but expected and had air-conditioning, 50baht a day. Shower and bathroom are fine. On a budget, great value for money! Thank you for having us
