Hi there! This is Aklima and Farhad, and we’re thrilled to have you stay at our guest house. It’s connected to our house, but both have their own private entrances. Just a friendly reminder, you might spot our kids playing in the backyard, so please be mindful of that. We love living here and meeting new people, which is why we started Airbnb. Safe suburban house, fenced yard and free parking

Full, private use of home (1 bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms locked as this is my personal residence when not open to Airbnb) with deck, patio & fenced yard in a safe neighborhood. Supermarket, cafes, restaurants and pharmacy all within walking distance. Minutes from historic village of Williamsville with shopping, entertainment, park with waterfall and trails. Fast Wifi, Alexa and Smart TV with streamable apps and local channels. 10 mins to downtown. 6 mins to UB. 25 minutes to Niagara Falls.

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
