"Serendipity"- Houseboat Getaway

A "Tiny house on the water". Your home-base for exploring Delmarva! Serendipity is a vintage 36ft Holiday Mansion, nestled at Baywater Landing Marina in the stunning salt-water marshes of the Chincoteague Bay. From here, you are 35 minutes from Ocean City, MD, and 45 minutes from Chincoteague Island, VA. Serendipity remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

Private cottage and gardens, comfortable Queen bed, full bath and kitchenette, within walking distance to historic Snow Hill. 30 min. drive to Ocean city and Assateague Island National park. This cottage was once a old school woodworking shop which is now on display at the old iron furnace town museum nearby. This beautiful three hundred year old town sits on the beautiful Pocomoke river with canoe, kayak, and bike rentals. Museums, art galleries, speciality shops, food and entertainment.

The Driftwood Den

Enjoy your stay at our cozy, quiet, small town home. Walk to down town Snow hill to enjoy local shops and restaurants. Short drive to Ocean City, MD, Chincoteague, VA and Assateague, MD beaches. (All about a 30 minute drive). Visit America’s coolest small town, Berlin, MD, approximately a 10 minute drive. Local river activities are a short walk/bike away. Close to Castle Farms and Furnace town for any wedding stays that are needed. Enjoy an entire home that has been updated and remodeled.

Havana Hideaway offers a charming and unique retreat inspired by the vibrant culture of Cuba, capturing the essence of Havana through its decor and ambiance. As you climb the stairs to its entrance above the barn, you are treated to beautiful pastoral sights. Inside, you are greeted by colorful and tropical-inspired decor that immediately transports you to a Cuban paradise. After a day in town or neighboring beaches, you can return to your tropical retreat and unwind on the private balcony.

Studio apartment is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood within 4 miles of Salisbury University & Downtown! Off street parking at entrance patio & a flight of stairs leads up to the apartment, which includes a queen size bed, full kitchen with full size refrigerator, 4 burner electric stove, full size washer and dryer. Bathroom includes shower, toilet and vanity, perfect for a week or weekend stay! We are located near Ocean City, Maryland, Assateague National Seashore.

Salisbury Cottage

Relax in a quiet part of Salisbury in this cozy, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home. A farmhouse feel welcomes you home after a long day at work, a sports trip, or vacation. Enjoy all new furniture including luxury bedding and smart TVs. Centrally located and close to downtown for shopping and dining at one of the many local restaurants. Only 30 minutes from the beaches of Ocean City & Assateague Island. One mile from Tidal Health PRMC and a half block away from Salisbury University.

Cozy Barn Loft: Country Views & Central to Beaches

Relax and recharge as you soak in the country views while enjoying this cozy space. A private entrance leads upstairs to the loft, located above our renovated barn. Enjoy your days at the beach, boating, fishing, birding, and more. Return home to be greeted by goats as you pull in the drive. Coffee, tea, and farm fresh eggs will be waiting for your arrival. Centrally located between the beaches of Chincoteague, Va and Ocean City, MD. Beach gear provided as well.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Tiny house sits on Widow Hawkins Branch Creek and backs up to Johnson Wildlife Mtg Area. Great for bird watchers and nature lovers. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit or relaxing on spacious deck overlooking creek. Quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped kitchen, Queen bed, bathroom, pull out queen sofa bed with privacy wall to make 2rd bedroom. Close to beaches and town.

Wagon Wheel Cottage

Remodeled country farm house cottage that was built by our uncle in a quiet rural area surrounded by farm land. Other family members live all around us. It's located in the small town of Powellville, Md. It is 21 miles from Assateague, 20 miles from Ocean City, 12 miles from Berlin, 13 miles from Salisbury and 41 miles from Chincotegue VA. Sorry we do not allow pets as some guest have pet allergies.

2 Bedroom Apartment

Centrally located between Chincoteague Island and Ocean City, MD. This pet friendly two bedroom apartment which offers laundry and a spacious kitchen is only steps away from Shad Landing state park and Public Landing. This ground level guesthouse apartment is located 200 feet from our main house is on an over 12 acre partially wooded parcel. Plenty of privacy and room for boat trailer parking.
