A unique holiday home, self contained with own kitchen and bathroom. Located within gardens of hosts home with outdoor seating and BBQ for your use. Located within Heacham, 20 minute walk to beach, some free parking. Hunstanton, Sandringham Estate, Holkham Hall and Wells next to the Sea, all within a few miles. All basics are provided dishwashing stuff, shower gel, shampoo soap Twin beds can be pushed together into a double. Fridge, Combi Oven, Hob,Toaster, Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

The former post office is centrally located in Snettisham within easy walking distance of an outstanding local pub and a popular bistro. Snettisham’s vast RSPB beach and sailing club are close, with Royal Sandringham a short drive. The family seaside destinations of Hunstanton (with its Sealife centre) and Holme-on-sea are also within easy reach. The well equipped cottage has been extensively renovated and is furnished to a high standard with new appliances and a good sized garden and courtyard.

We are 5 minutes from Sandringham, 10 minutes from Hunstanton and 20 minutes from Holkham and Wells-next- Sea which both have incredible wide open Sandy Beaches.
