Private Guest Suite

Our suite features a 3-speed ceiling fan with dimmable overhead lighting, a kitchenette, a bidet toilet, an office nook, and more. While this space is most comfortable for 2 people, up to 2 additional people may be added to your reservation for a fee and we will provide an air mattress. Please note: our home shares a small mud room-style entrance with the guest suite, however the suite has a lock and is private with its own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. We look forward to hosting you!

Welcome to this luxurious, updated and stylish home that is centrally located, yet tucked away in a peaceful area with inside & outside dining. This 2 bed/1.5 bath home is has beautiful lighting, laminated floors, high ceilings, large rooms w/king bed & comfortable sofa for reading or relaxing in the master bedroom. The second room has 2 full beds. The kitchen is updated with all the necessary appliances and utensils that even a chef would enjoy and flows into the classy living/dining area.

Horse Haven

Equestrian decor flavors this cozy second floor apartment. You will find a brand new walk-in shower, coffee bar, carpet, furniture, freshly-painted walls and fast fios internet. We technically live just outside of the town limits yet are only two miles from Route 1, which gives you quick access to Wilmington and Dover. Ten acres of woods and pastures surround our bucolic property. Our eventual goal is to host traveling nurses and military as we are close to several hospitals and DAFB.

Relax in your private hot tub, lounge in the hammocks, or gather by the fire pit under the stars. A short walk leads to a luxury bathhouse with a hot shower and flushing toilets. Pet-friendly with free parking, surrounded by farm animals, gardens, and fresh seasonal food for a peaceful getaway.

King Bed - Center of Historic District

This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way". On days we are open enjoy a $15/day credit to our cafe next door. Please enjoy your stay! We are so sorry but no pets allowed.

We also run a yoga studio in the detached pole barn behind the house and offer discounts to classes. Only you will have access to the home and attached office space.

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE INQUIRING. No long term stays. Internet and cell service is VERY limited in our area. No wifi, limited TV. NO bully/aggressive breed pets. Damage or extra cleaning from pets is independently assessed by our cleaning staff. The ceilings are very low in some areas. Safety padding has been installed but proceed at your own discretion. If you have any questions about the space, just ask!
