Built in 1946, restored in 2021 & 2026, when we did our 2-spa-bath remodel showcasing smart bidet toilets LED mirrors and genuine Dutch Delft Blue tiles/hand-painted tile artwork. Dogs/cats are welcome. Enjoy pet amenities, pet towels, treats, waste bags, fully fenced in backyard play area with no cleaning fees. We love squeaky clean, and are proud of 165 consistent 5 star rating.

The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

Guests also have access to a primitive pistol pit gun range. Please note this area is still under development and is available for use at your own risk, as it is not staffed. Relax and unwind in the newly added outdoor hot tub, conveniently located on the deck! Firewood is provided
