Apartment is equipped with everything you need - air conditioner (heating / cooling function), bed linen, towels, dishes, small household appliances. Crib (infant bed) available on request (free). Available free WiFi, smart TV with 60+ channels, Netflix, Go3, Amazon, etc.. In the yard, a terrace with outdoor furniture has been created for the use of guests. Grill available on request (extra charge may apply). The property has materials to provide information on leisure and entertainment options.

The house is located in a peaceful corner of Apšuciems, surrounded by forest and part of the scenic Lāčupīte Arboretum. It's just a short walk (150 meters) through pine trees to a quiet, sandy beach - perfect for morning swims, evening strolls, or simply unwinding by the sea. You’ll find nature all around, with walking trails, bird song, and plenty of fresh air. The center of Apšuciems is just 15 minutes away on foot, and the charming village of Klapkalnciems is a 30 minute walk along the coast.

Holiday house Jurmalas Priedes (Seaside Pines) is located in pine forest 150 m from sandy beach. My family (we live in another house on the same plot of land) warmly welcomes you all year round. The house consists of two separate parts, and thus suitable for two families or families with grandparents. We provide all the necessary amenities, and you can always reach us if necessary. Free parking and free Wi-Fi internet also are provided. Almost private white sandy beach is just across the dune!
