It's the perfect spot to explore all the city has to offer with many of the city's best restaurants, breweries, rooftop patios and coffee shops just steps from your front door. Popular attractions like Ball Arena, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field and downtown are also walkable from this centrally located apartment. And, if adventure is calling, easily escape the city for a concert at Red Rocks or a hike in the mountains!

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.
