Take a swim while steeped in the lush environs of the garden patio at this chic B&B. Enjoy the included continental breakfast in the shared, gourmet kitchen to serve at a luxe hardwood table amid exposed brick, large picture windows, and vibrant artwork and decor. * New private & modern bedroom with private bath. * Newly renovated 3-bedroom mid-century home with private swimming pool & lush landscaping. * This B&B listing includes continental breakfast we set up daily in the shared gourmet kitchen. Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Look for us online: #VillaParadisoPhoenix Enjoy the kitchen space and help yourself to breakfast. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Nice room+bathroom suite with a private entrance. Smoke/pet-free. Your suite is next to my cute, 1950's desert home just 1 mi. from ASU Tempe campus. Included: Microwave, fridge, coffee maker (no kitchen), top-quality cooling-gel memory foam mattress, luxury linens, free wi-fi, desk, smart TV with Ntflx, PrmVd, and local channels. Park for free in the driveway in front of your suite. Short walks to light rail/buses. Close to the airport, desert hikes, stores, cultural and sports venues and more!

1,600 sqr foot 4BR/2BA House next to Cubs Park and ASU with a Diving Pool, Putting Green, and Gazebo for Outdoor Entertaining. Shaded front patio provides cover for morning coffee and pregame gatherings. Large living room and front room provide plenty of space for members to spread out or gather together. Two arcade games, blackjack and craps tables. Each room has a Fire TV with HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime, MLB.TV, Disney+. Outside Gazebo functions as an outside Living Room with TV and couch.

Feel right at home by staying at our unique 350 sq ft casita! It is partially attached to the main house and has its own entryway. The casita has a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Catch up on your favorite shows in the living room with our HD smart TV, or watch a movie while cozied up on our comfy queen size bed using the second tv in the bedroom. Relax in the shaded patio surrounded by plants and among our lush, mature trees. Smoking or vaping on or inside the property is not allowed.

It is within walking distance from the lightrail and Asian district. It is close to downtown Tempe, Scottdale, Downtown Mesa with easy freeway access in a quiet residential neighborhood. Relax at the pool and backyard while grilling or cooking pizza in the brick oven. Owners live close and are available for any needs.
