Welcome to your cozy retreat in Villa Park! Our charming studio is just two blocks from the Knox light rail station, offering easy access to all of Denver and a quick trip to Golden. The Paco Sanchez bike path allows for swift downtown access and takes you to the exciting Meow Wolf interactive art exhibit! Electric scooters are available for rent via Lyft or Uber just a few blocks away. Relax in our spacious backyard, a great communal space for unwinding outdoors. We can't wait to host you!

Quiet & safe neighborhood. We are a family with young children, you will hear us upstairs during our morning & evening routines. Guests are welcomed to use back yard patio & amenities. Smoking is permitted outside including 420.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Steps from the bus, it’s a quick trip to downtown and major entertainment spots, with restaurants and breweries just a short walk away. Ideal for a night or short stay, No 3rd-party bookings, Clean & Sober Living no drugs/alcohol/parties. Must be 21+ ID checked—book for a simple, calm stay!

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

Walk to Sloan's Lake, Edgewater, Berkley and Highlands. Sleeps up to 6. Queen size adjustable bed in bedroom, Queen and Full size Lazy-boy sofa sleepers. Base rate is double occupancy, small charge ($10) for each additional guest. Off street parking for two cars right at the door.

This entire house and private fenced yard is yours, and you can sleep up to 4 with a pull-out couch in the living room. * 2 blocks south of pin
