This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

Perfectly located, right opposite the Ferries taking you to Valletta, the 3 cities, harbour cruises, Comino, Gozo. Everything you need is basically right at your doorstep: the Ferry terminal, Lido's, cafeteria's, restaurants, shops, bus stops, boats, the sea, swimming pools. Bus stops are right next to the apartment. Buses take you to beaches and to most cities of Malta.

 You are also only a short walk from all the shops. The bus stop is right outside and offers great connections around Malta.

The property is just around 10..15 min taxi from the airport. AC installed in the flat!
