Bluff House in Rocheport Missouri

The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

O’s Barn Cabin - Small Town Livin'!

O’s Barn Cabin offers a simple and unique way of relaxing in rustic fashion! Our pet friendly tiny home is 532 sq. ft of open space and country character. The location is out of the city, yet just a couple miles from all of the stores you need. The little cabin is nestled down our shared private and peaceful driveway, with views of cattle grazing in the pasture right off the front porch at the right time of year. Our big screen projector and fire pit are two amenities you'll be sure to enjoy!

Relax at the Lake House Inn!

This casual, cabin-like 2-bedroom basement unit has a private entry, off street parking, and many recreational options both inside and outside. Enjoy the large backyard for relaxing with a great view of the lake. Access to a fire pit, patio, picnic table, gas grill, and yard games. Sleeps 6 adults and houses a billiard table, TV, and a small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric griddle & skillet, air fryer, dishes, serving ware and Keurig. No kitchen range

Ms. Ada’s House

*BREAKFAST INCLUDED* Stay in a cozy log cabin located in an historic town. Ms. Ada’s House was completely restored in 2023. Built in the early 1830’s, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time while enjoying its modern amenities. Sleep in the original log cabin room, relax on the daybed swing on the front porch, and enjoy meals under the light of a lantern. Then at the end of the day, the bright and sunny living room transforms into a cozy den as you relax by the fireplace.

Studio 310 on the River

A newly renovated Studio in an 1880 business buidling on the main street of Glasgow within walking distance to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. You have the convenience of being in the center of the entertainment, eating, and boutique shopping area, yet experience the quiet of a retreat. The deck is tucked back in the buidings which gives you the privacy to enjoy a morning coffee or a drink in the evening while looking at the slow rolling Missouri River.

Charming Log Home

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

MRF Inn - West Suite - lower level

PLEASE READ!!! The MRF Inn features contact free stays and check-in. The Inn is newly remodeled. Each Unit has a small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishes, serving ware and a coffee maker. You will need to acquire provisions ahead of time as there is not a grocery store in Arrow Rock. Meals and snacks are not provided. This room is on the first floor, west suite of the Inn. There is not a common area/gathering room.

*New Beautiful Flooring *If you're looking for a quaint, comfy space right in town this is it! Great for girl's weekend to visit family and enjoy the local shops. *Farm Girl Flowers & More* is our favorite place to shop local. Hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!

Courthouse Lofts - front loft

Front loft has 1 bedroom, full kitchen, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, living room with full sized murphy bed, large dining table, breakfast bar and a magnificent view of the Marshall Courthouse. This 1882 building has seen a complete renovation. The loft is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. The lofts are above one of Marshall's oldest retail spaces that now houses Courthouse Salon.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 5 minutes from I-70. Enjoy nature in the woods in our cozy, quiet guesthouse. Close to the University of Missouri for events, medical and business travelers, as well as the Katy Trail for cyclists, wineries, and I-70 for the weary traveler needing a quiet rest and relax. Coffee/tea to wake up enjoying breathtaking views from your private deck.
