In Between Blue Ι - breathtaking sea view

The house, perched on the rocks of Chora overlooking the beautiful beach of Magazia and the endless blue, is a real hideaway but also an ideal base for experiencing the island.The Aegean light, the sea breeze, the greatness of the sun while rising up the horizon,the peaceful colors at the sunset,all of it promises un unforgettable experience between the sky and the sea. Everything you need lies within walking distance.Together with Inbetween blue II, the house can accommodate 2-4 more persons.

Art Gallery House

My house is only 250m away from Aspous sandy beach. It is a typical traditional Skyrian house surrounded by a big courtyard full of trees and flowers. My aim was to create a convenient and charming place which combines the Skyrian style along with modern elements for relaxing vacations and contact with nature and the sea. The walls are covered with lovely paintings. This is ideal for a couple or a couple with children with the area being very safe and plenty of shade around the property.

Cottage with Breathtaking View

Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

Πρόκειται για ανεξάρτητη πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κατοικία ισογείου ( 500μ απο τη χωρα) που αναπτύσσεται σε 2 επίπεδα 115 τ.μ. με 3 υπνοδωμάτια μεγάλη βεράντα / κήπο. Ανοίγματα που προσφέρουν απλετο φως / διαθετει 2 κλιματιστικα. Ιδανικο σπιτι για οικογένεια. Αμφιθεατρικα τοποθετημένο με θέσεις στάθμευσης. Μια περιοχή κατάλληλη για χαλάρωση και αναγνωση , μπορείτε να δείτε την ανατολή του ηλίου να ξεπροβαλει με θέα τον Παραδοσιακο οικισμο, το Ιστορικό κάστρο και το Μοναστηρι του Αγίου Γεώργιου.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Μαγαζιά.Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική καθώς βρίσκεται 150 μόλις μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία του νησιού. Παράλληλα, η πρόσβαση στη Χώρα της Σκύρου είναι πολύ εύκολη (15 λεπτά με τα πόδια) μέσω ενός παραδοσιακού μονοπατιού που θα σας επιτρέψει να περιπλανηθείτε στα γραφικά σοκάκια του οικισμού. Φυσικά η πρόσβαση στη χώρα γίνεται και οδικώς (5 λεπτά).Το διαμέρισμα είναι άνετο,μεγάλο και ανακαινισμένο και σίγουρα θα απολάυσετε τη μοναδική θέα στο Αιγαίο.

Lovely Traditional House

Very pleasant and nice studio, decorated according the local tradition, located in the heart of Skyros Town. The studio has been recently renovated and can accommodate up to 3 persons. Air condition keeps the studio comfortable during hot weather. A balcony offers you a panoramic view over the town, the country and the sea in the distance. Please note, that pets are not admitted. Linen and towels are changed twice a week.

Για εσάς που θέλετε να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας κοντά στη θάλασσα, με την οικογένειά σας η τον σύντροφό σας! Πρόκειται για ένα σπίτι 40τ.μ. , 50 μετρα από την παραλία Βίνα , στα γραφικά Πουριά. This a lovely 45 sq. m. two floor traditional Skyrian house with a bedroom and a balcony on the upper level, an open plan fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with an walk-in shower, a living room and a cute little yard. It is decorated with traditional Skyrian furniture and pottery and is only 3 minutes walk from Skyros town square with all the restaurants, stores and nightlife.

A wonderful villa located in a quiet place. It has an independent large sized room of 24 square meters. The room is decorated based on the traditional culture of Skyros, including all the necessary room facilities such as a fridge, coffee pot, etc. Moreover, the place provides privacy and a unique beautiful yard, surrouded by aesthetic foliage plants and lawn.
