Κοchylia- trad.house 4 panoramaview

With our 40 years of experience as architects in designing and development of tourist facilities in Skyros (Lithari, Pithari, Villa Madalena, Patriko and some others that are built now within the scope of European funding) in 1999 we built a little gem called Kochylia in Chora - which is the traditional car-free main settlement of Skyros just opposite of the church Agios Ioannis. Kochylia are 5 independent fully furnished apartments of different sizes and equipment. The walking distance to the main place of Chora is 5 minutes. Built in accordance with the strict skyrian rules of architecture and decoration, the apartments attract the attention of sophisticated and conscious visitor, who is willing to take a walk in order to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the traditional Chora and the location of the apartments. Due to the absolute tranquility, the strictly traditional ambience and the enchanting view over the whole Chora up to the monastery, in the high season, there are no parking possibilities near the building. However there is a steep concrete street available for transport as well as loading and unloading luggage. A private land nearby offers out of the high season 5 parking places for the neighborhood! The street requires a car with four-wheel drive. Long term parking is not allowed here. Apartment 4: for 2-3 people (44m2) two storeys - seablue Staircase to the 1st Floor Entrance 1st floor (28m2): The living room includes a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa which can be used for sleeping, full kitchen with stove / oven and refrigerator, guest toilet, fireplace and a staircase to the lower bedroom. Terrace (15m2). With restricted views to the sea, village, castle and the surrounding hills. Ground floor (16m2): Bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and W / C and cupboards.

Τo Μελισσανθη ( Σκυρος Ενοικιαζόμενα Δωμάτια ) σας καλωσορίζουν και σας εύχονται καλή διαμονή στο όμορφο νησί μας. Το ιδανικό σημείο που βρίσκονται τα melissanthi’s studios "οικισμος Ασπους" προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες του τη δυνατότητα να απολαύσουν στον καταπράσινο κήπο και την αυλή στιγμές απόλυτης ηρεμίας παράλληλα προσφέρει εύκολη και πολύ γρήγορη πρόσβαση προς το κέντρο που απ"εχει 2 χιλ. Η παραλία Ασπούς έχει πεντάκάθαρα, γαλαζοπράσινα νερά με άμμο τόσο στο βυθό οσο και στην ακτή.

Airy apartment with amazing view and big balcony!

This new private apartment is located on a high hill, 300 metres from the picturesque port of Linaria and is the ground floor of a two-story summer house. It has a big yard and a balcony, which has uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea, and there is a quiet secluded beach below which makes this a unique spot.The accommodation is light and airy, tasteful and modern.The kitchen is fully equipped, and fitted with a large fridge and oven. The bedroom has a double bed with wooden, fitted cupboards.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Μαγαζιά.Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική καθώς βρίσκεται 150 μόλις μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία του νησιού. Παράλληλα, η πρόσβαση στη Χώρα της Σκύρου είναι πολύ εύκολη (15 λεπτά με τα πόδια) μέσω ενός παραδοσιακού μονοπατιού που θα σας επιτρέψει να περιπλανηθείτε στα γραφικά σοκάκια του οικισμού. Φυσικά η πρόσβαση στη χώρα γίνεται και οδικώς (5 λεπτά).Το διαμέρισμα είναι άνετο και ανακαινισμένο και σίγουρα θα απολάυσετε τη μοναδική θέα στο Αιγαίο.

Το Σπίτι Της Ειρήνης

Το Σπίτι Της Ειρήνης είναι ένα άνετο διαμέρισμα 70τ.μ μέσα στην καρδιά της Αγορας της Σκυρού ή αλλιώς Χώρα.Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες διότι απέχει μόλις ενα λεπτό με τα πόδια απο την κεντρική πλατεία του νησιού,πέντε λεπτά απο το δημοτικό χώρο στάθμευσης(παρκινγκ) και δύο χιλιόμετρα απο την παραλία ΜΑΓΑΖΙΑ-ΜΩΛΟΣ.Θα μπορέσετε να απολαύσετε το πρωινό,το φαγητό ή το βραδινό σας ποτό στα μαγαζιά της Αγοράς και να περιηγηθείτε στα παραδοσιακά σοκάκια του νησιου.

Ο Πεύκος, με τη μεγάλη αμμώδη παραλία του, είναι περικυκλωμένος από πευκόφυτες πλαγιές , 5 χιλιόμετρα απο το λιμανι της Σκύρου. Είναι ένας όμορφος, καταπράσινος κόλπος ο οποίος έχει και ένα μικρό λιμανάκι. Απολαύστε μια υπέροχη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή σε άνετο και καινούριο διαμέρισμα που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλια.Διπλα σε μία πολύ όμορφη γραφική ταβέρνα, που λειτουργεί το μεσημέρι και το βράδυ, ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα, με θέα σε όλο τον κόλπο .

Μοναδική και ξεχωριστή διαμονή, σε ένα όμορφο και ήσυχο περιβάλλον, με θέα το όμορφο μπλε του Αιγαίου. Το διαμέρισμα, βρίσκεται 5´με το αυτοκίνητο, από τη Χώρα της Σκύρου. Πολύ κοντά σας οι παραλίες Μαγαζιά και Γυρίσματα.
