The house : One ground floor with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen , a dining area , a large bathroom and a spacious terrace facing the sea . PLEASE NOTE : The house is accessible on foot via a paved road with a slight incline and has stairs, therefore not accessible to people with reduced mobility .
