Είναι κοντά σε όλα τα καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια, φαρμακεία, μίνι μάρκετ, καθώς και στις συγκοινωνίες. Λόγω της τοποθεσίας του στην παραδοσιακή Χώρα, θα πρέπει να σταθμεύσετε το αυτοκίνητό σας σε προσβάσιμο χώρο για οχήματα. Η κατοικία είναι διώροφη και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως πέντε άτομα. Διαθέτει τρία υπνοδωμάτια στον πρώτο όροφο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο στο ισόγειο.

The Bougainvillea can comfortably sleep five people: two in each double bedroom and one in the study. A sixth person could sleep on the kitchen built-in sofa.
