This newly built guesthouse is in our lush garden in the heart of Gamla Enskede. We are just a few minutes walk from the local subway, Sandsborg. In our immediate neighbourhood are a range of local restaurants, cafes, bakeries & shops, including Delselius Bageri, Enskede Matbod, Tomatis Pizza, Thai & Indian take-aways. Globen & Tele2 Arena are just 10 minutes walk away. The guest house has it's own kitchen & a small bathroom containing a shower & toilet It is ideal for couples & solo travellers

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The bed is 140 cm wide. Equipped kitchen. The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets allowed. Welcome.

The apartment is in our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården. For longer stays -shared spa.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Cozy and spacious (50 sq m/540 sq ft) top floor apartment with good communications near the Arenas and Stockholmsmässan. Windows in two directions with a sprawling view of the idyllic Gamla Enskede. Comfy walking distance to the subway(5 min), 3Arena and The globe(17 min) and the venues in Slakthusområdet. With uber or voi everything including the city is 5-10 min away. There is ongoing construction in the area, but the work is scheduled for regular work hours on weekdays.

I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.
