Sonia house

Built in 1896, this traditional Cretan stone house is located in the village Sivas, Crete, Greece, with great views of the Messara plain and the mountain of Psiloritis and within walking distance to the village square. The house has been substantially restored and renovated with natural materials and great care in order to offer amenities for absolute comfort both in summer and winter time, while retaining all its traditional architectural and decorative elements, typical of the region.

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

The little Pearl is a small, traditional, Cretan stone house that is designed for a maximum of two people. It has a terrace with a view of Psiloritis, a romantic courtyard garden where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Everything has been designed with great attention to detail. Information about the climate tax: In the case of Little Pearl, it is 8.00 euros per night.

Built into a sun-warmed hillside in southern Crete, our main house was the one we designed for ourselves — and it shows. Open-plan living with floor-to-ceiling windows, mountain views to the north, and sunsets over the Mediterranean to the west. Relaxing in the living room, you can see the ancient Minoan palace of Phaistos across the Messara Valley. It's the kind of place where you sit down with your coffee and an hour disappears.

Στην ιδιωτική αυλή υπάρχουν ξαπλώστρες και ξαπλώστρες πούφ γύρω απο την πισίνα.

Chelidoni II,Crete,Sivas,Matala

Chelidoni means swallow and symbolizes the beginning of spring.The house was named after this popular bird because there were four old swallow nests when it was first bought and renovated in 2002. It is a stone house in the quiet, traditional village Sivas in southern Heraklion Crete. There is an interior yard, where you can enjoy privacy as it is surrounded by a stone wall and you cannot be seen from outside.

Τα Συγγελάκης studios (25m2) είναι άνετα και μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως και 2 άτομα, επιπλωμένα με το ζεστό, λιτό στυλ της περιοχής και διαθέτουν όλες τις ανέσεις όπως κουζίνα, ψυγείο, τηλεόραση, μουσική, air-condition, ζεστό και κρύο νερό, άνετο χώρο στάθμευσης. Για την χειμερινή περίοδο υπάρχει η δυνατότητα θέρμανσης με χρέωση 10€/ημέρα ή 10€ για ένα κούτι ξύλα για το τζάκι!
