On the 1st floor are the living room with a big TV, safe and air conditioning, separate toilet and a kitchen with all amenities. Authentieke details zijn bewaard gebleven. Het bos grenst aan de woning voor een lekkere verfrissende wandeling. Grote steden zijn goed bereikbaar en het prachtige heuvelland ligt in de nabije omgeving.De studio is gelegen aan een doorgaande weg.
