The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. The accommodation is attached to our house but self-contained, comprising sitting room with fold down table & chairs for dining, kitchenette, shower room & bedroom. Private entrance via french doors overlooking the garden & parking on drive. Basic essentials provided. Milk, cereal & pastries for each day & a home made treat on arrival. When you arrive the property will have been empty for 24 hours & will have been fully cleaned & disinfected following the previous guests departure,

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

It is perfectly situated for walkers just 2 miles from the bustling town of Loddon where, after a beautiful walk through the countryside, fields and country lanes why not stop for a break at one of Loddons four pubs. Also just 1.5 mile walk from the beautiful Sisland woods and many other footpaths. Just 12 miles from our fine City of Norwich which can be reached by a regular bus route from Loddon.

Staithe Farm Cottage is a delightful property adjacent to the owners Grade 2 listed farmhouse set in a conservation area in the pretty village of Langley on the fringe of the Broads National Park. This is an ideal quiet getaway from it all location offering peace and tranquility with walks from the door on Wherryman's Way and cycling on the National Route 1, fishing on the river Yare and easy accessibility to Norwich, the coast and beyond.
