Independent house of 170m2 on top of the cliff by the sea and very quiet. Parking at the door. 70m2 of terrace with total privacy with several seating areas with a Jacuzzi,a shower, a BBQ and a carport with a hammock. Floor 0 - 1 living and dining room with fireplace and TV , a winter garden, a guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace. Floor 1 - 1 double suite, 1 double bedroom with sofa bed and child's bed if necessary, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom. All rooms have a sea view.
