Wow—what an unforgettable stay in St. Maarten! My friends and I booked this stunning 3-bedroom home to celebrate my birthday, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The house and the view were absolutely immaculate—honestly, words don’t do it justice. It was luxurious, spacious, and exactly as described (if not better). From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond. I was personally greeted at check-in with all the details I needed, plus the warmest welcome: a bottle of champagne, a beautiful charcuterie board, and a bottle of local rum to kick off the celebration. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made the experience feel special. This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax in style with unbeatable views and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend booking this home if you’re visiting St. Maarten—you won’t regret it!

Excellent stay. Host is amazing. Genuinely cares for his guests. Upper deck 100% private. Walkable to mullet bay and surrounding area including the port. We did walk to maho, nice to see but mullet beach was outstanding, crystal clear water with amenities if you’re looking for that. Food and drinks offered at the beach was outstanding. The apartment offers beach gear which we prefer rather than beach rental chairs. 2 great grocery stores within very short walking distance with plenty of spirit choices and grocery items to meet your needs at very fair prices. Apartment had everything one would need. Spectacular view from the balcony which is great for morning and evening. The roof top was really appreciated. After our long morning walks exploring we frequently took advantage of making drinks and soaking up the sun on our pool deck rather than always at the beach. Nice to have the mix of options! Host even drove us to the airport and accommodated a late check out, thank you!!!

Jennifer’s home is gorgeous and spacious. The view is nothing short of spectacular. We were shocked even though we saw the pics. As anywhere on the island, many streets are steep when they wind their way up each mountainside to get up and over. The house is no exception as it rests on a hillside facing Little Bay. As such, be prepared with the car you rent that you’ll have to go up high-angled streets from time to time, and the home’s driveway is no exception. But once you get used to that, you’ll find a paradise on top. Let’s not forget the infinite pool! As far as hospitality, Jennifer provided detailed instructions and recommendations for us, as well as responded quickly to any questions we had. 5 stars for sure!

Saul’s place is fantastic with a pool just outside surrounded by picturesque bougainvillea trees. Located toward the top of Pelican Hill, the apartment has a view of the ocean that is absolutely spectacular…like sleeping in the eagle’s nest of the island. The unit is comfortable and quiet; however, its close proximity (3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) to the hustle and bustle of Simpson Bay gives the feeling of being in the center of all the action. As not many areas of the island are walkable, the entire Pelican neighborhood is a wonderful option for its clearly indicated sidewalks and consistently low traffic patterns compared to the rest of Simpson Bay where there are boutiques and grocery stores galore, an endless array of restaurants featuring almost any cuisine you can imagine, nightclubs, bars, and quite a bit of traffic. The unit, itself, was very clean with a large living space that is rare for the island. Saul is a phenomenal host. We can’t wait to come back soon!

The photos don’t do justice. This home is a gem and the views of the island are stunning! Manfred and his lovely wife Julia made us feel right at home. They are right next door if you need anything they respond right away. They were kind enough to allow us to have fresh bananas from their tree. Unforgettable memories and for sure we will be booking this home again. I appreciate their hospitality A++++

Habiba's place was just what we needed: clean, comfortable, and private--with a pool and a beautiful view of green hills and the harbor below. We loved the quiet and privacy; the only visitors we had were the adorable vervet monkeys who eat berries in the shrubs outside of the property. We loved watching them and the iguanas and anoles, as well as the mourning doves who frequented the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a beautiful stay at this villa. Very clean, beautiful view, perfect location. We had everything needed provided, fully equipped villa. Nice big bedrooms, with very comfortable beds. I’ve been to a few villas/ condos in st-marteen, I always find issue with their mattresses and bedding, this villa here did not cheap out on their bedding; great restful sleep. Jamila was readily available throughout the stay, always communicating quickly with me, and welcomed us as well to show us around on the first day; greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone for an enjoyable stay on beautiful st-marteen

Manoj en Mariana hebben er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te laten zijn. De woning is smaakvol ingericht en heeft een heerlijk zwembad en terras. Opvallend was ook de vriendelijkheid in alle contactmomenten. Manoj heeft gastvrijheid en service hoog in het vaandel staan. Het verblijf in de woning heeft bijgedragen tot een geweldige week op Sint Maarten

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing!
