I had a wonderful two week vacation with my wife and kids (9 & 11). We loved the apartment and the building had many great amenities. The kids loved the infinity pool and my wife enjoyed swimming laps at the indoor pool. There was never a crowd at the pool and we were often the only people on the private beach where my girls loved playing in the waves. Saint Martin is not known for good beach snorkeling but we were pleased to find one of the best places was right in front of us between our beach and Mullet beach.

Migdala was a great host, she answered all my questions and accepted my late check out. The unit itself is GORGEOUS, it has a wrap around balcony as well as the bathroom has a balcony!I loved the decor and furnishing in the condo, the bed was so soft as well as the pillows. The bedroom had a large walk in closet with so many essentials, we used the floaty- she had just about everything one would need in a closet. There are 2 bathrooms which was amazing! The bedroom bathroom is his and hers which made getting ready a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, we were able to cook simple meals. The location of the unit (building complex) is amazing and has great amenities, the unit over looks the pool and one can see Anguilla! As well as the unit is a 3-5 min walk from Maho strip/beach, it is a very quiet area. Mullet bay is a 3 min drive away. Do not hesitate and book this!

Miranda was a wonderful hostess, starting out with her extreme flexibility. We literally reached out to book as we were boarding our plane to SXM that morning and she graciously accepted our last minute request. The directions provided were spot on and the codes for gates and doors worked seamlessly. The living space was spotless and well appointed for our party of 2. Miranda checked in to make sure we had gotten settled in ok and made herself available. We had one minor issue with the AC, and she had the matter resolved immediately. The rest of the week was spent relaxing and enjoying the lovely island. We love the Lowlands area for a home-base. We felt very safe staying in this location and would definitely return for a future visit.

Boutique studio in an upscale, posh, and well-serviced condo complex. The location is prime in the lowlands, as you are right next to the airport, iconic Maho beach, and the local riviera; the awesomeness of this cannot be overstated. You can have a shower and walk to Maho beach to have a jet blowdry your hair (must do). The condo complex has a superb rec room, a superb pool, and a gym equipped with higher end equipment like Concept 2 rowers. Entrance to the complex is gated and a security officer is around. I felt safe leaving my passport, cash stash, rolex, amex platinum, work laptop, and my VCA jewelery all in the open; no fear of intruders or nosy hotel staff to bear over me while I enjoy the island. For parking, there is a lot nearby, where my rental car was safe, and there are streetside spots around. Internet was fast (30mbps+) and was totally reliable. Room was spotless and felt like home with lots of personal home decor touches making you feel at home. A+.

Villa Bora is a beautiful villa with spectacular views . The hosts makes the stay so comfortable. We have stayed here before and we are never disappointed.

Isa and Diana were wonderful to work with. Isa provided a 5Star experience as the manager of the property. She was always responsive and even helpful when we asked for an umbrella for a beach day! It was delivered within 30 min! Definitely recommend this rental! The condo had all amenities that we needed and more. The espresso machine is a plus too!

Notre séjour chez Isabelle était parfait! Le logement est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle! La résidence est un bijou qui propose des services à la hauteur d'un hôtel de luxe! Isabelle a été une hôte parfaite! très sympathique, réactive et avec de bons conseils. Je recommande à 1000% ce logement!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs and toys were available, which was great for the kids. The pool was beautiful and clean and there is also a kiddie pool that the kids loved. There is a little market about 100 yards from the condo which was super convenient, they have most everything you would need. Joe was great. He had us call him a few days before the trip and gave us a run down of the place. Priscilla, the housekeeper, was also great. She had already had the master bedroom cleaned when we arrived around 1, so she let us go in and change for the pool while she finished cleaning the rest of the condo. You will have no regrets renting this place. 5 stars!

Great location and the view from the balcony is awesome. Easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Great for watching the planes take off and land.

What a special place!!! We couldn’t have been happier. Beautiful, calm, safe, peaceful and so perfect. Everything was well stocked, (even beach toys for my kids). The building felt super secure and safe. It’s incredibly quiet and comfortable and honestly one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed in.

Wonderful suite and location!!! Great host! We will be back! Best place to stay in St. Maarten!

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.

Beautiful ocean view and walking distance to the beach. Delightful. We recommend Mr Chow/ Roma restaurant and happy hour.

Anchise’s place was one of the great accommodation we have ever had! Everything was described. It was more we were expected. Also, it is very close to airport and beautiful beaches near by. There are lots of restaurants and shops. We didn’t need car at that time because easy to catch bus and taxi in front of the road. Room was well equipped and comfortable everything. Anchise is very reliable parson. He alway did quick response when we had questions and concerns. Definitely we will come back here when we visit beautiful Sint Maarten! Thanks Anchise.

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

This Home was amazing to stay in! It was so comfortable, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful!! I definitely want to make my real home like the master bedroom with the closet and bathroom. It was a perfect position because it is in the middle of everything. Oliver was a Gem also, incredibly responsive and helpful with anything I needed. Definitely book if you are coming to visit! 10 out 10 would recommend!!

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

The house has everything you could want in perfect working condition. Loved everything about this stay and Eva is a great host. I particularly loved the gym area adjacent to the house that was part of the deal. The taxi recommendation was spot on as the steep incline to the house needed a little finest. The pool was fantastic as of course are the views.

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of amazing! The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly speechless. Every morning, we woke up to the most stunning scenery, making it the perfect escape. The villa itself was a solid 5/5—beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable and luxurious. A special shoutout to Danielle, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She was so kind, helpful, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The only small downsides were that the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong, and there was some construction on the beach in front of the villa in the mornings, which woke us up. But honestly, everything else was so incredible that it didn’t take away from the experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a breathtaking and unforgettable getaway

What an amazing stay. We were 8 people staying for 10 days the house was not only beautiful but had loads of space and lots of privacy. Every day was better than the last. Alexandra was a true gem and so friendly and helpful. We had no issues at all. Would definitely stay again and would recommend 100%
