Magnifique appartement deux chambres en Rez de chaussée, avec un accès direct à la plage de la baie de Simpson, avec un restaurant juste devant la plage. Situé à 3 minutes de MAHO, où se trouve une grande partie des activités nocturnes , aussi qu' un super marché, un golf. Emplacement non loin, de l'une des plus belles plage de Sint Maarten. Vous pourrez vous rendre sur la plage du sunset, ou vous assisterez au décollage et ainsi qu'a l'atterrissage des gros porteurs.
