Di nuovissima costruzione, con piscina ad uso esclusivo, si trova a quattro passi dalla spiaggia di Budoni. La struttura è un edificio storico in pieno centro, a ridosso della piazza centrale ma in una zona silenziosa. L'edificio è stato ristrutturato fedelmente, conservando la corte interna dalla quale, la sera, si può ammirare il cielo stellato. E' a 7 km dalla costa e vicino a località rinomate come Capo Comino o Berchida. E' ben collegata con la ss 131. E' l'ideale per chi vuole esplorare l'isola e tornare a casa in un ambiente rilassante, autentico e fuori dal caos del turismo di massa.
