Wir waren rund 30 Tage bei Mr Carman. Und dass können wir sagen: Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man ist hier in einem lokalen Dorf, dass einem ermöglicht abzuschalten & wirklich mal die Kultur von Bali kennen zu lernen. Die Menschen freuen sich extrem über einen Besuch und das merkt man Ihnen an. Die meisten winken einem schon bei der Ankunft auf den Straßen zu. Der Gastgeber Mr. Carman ist extrem zuvorkommend und auch Proaktiv. Er denkt im Voraus und löst alle Fragen & Probleme sofort, selbst spät Abends um 22 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und freundschaftlich. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man in der Regel benötigt. Eine kleine Küche zum Kochen mit allen Utensilien. Badezimmer (mit Warmwasser, falls man möchte). Ein Bett mit einer erstaunlich guten Matratze (Geschätzt Medium Härtegrad) sogar ein extra Tisch fürs Arbeiten von Laptop war kein Problem! Die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist in Ordnung für Bali verhältnisse und vor allem in einem Dorf. Sehr Empfehlenswert!

What to say about this place? Have you ever dreamed of staying in a fantasy-like tiny home overlooking rice terraces, mountains in the distance, and rolling green hills? Well if you have this is the right place for you. The attention to detail and creative aesthetic touch is what initially drew me to book my weekend-get away with my wife here and the pictures did not disappoint. As soon as we got there I could not stop looking around and admiring the art, the colors, and the general feel of the place. The biggest question I had while staying here was "When will we get to come back?" I would highly recommend booking a trip here!

Pristine, beautiful Villa. We loved Kay's beautiful home, and it felt like home. As per previous reviews, the photos do not do it justice. WiWinn the housekeeper, is an absolute gem, speaks good English and was great at sharing her local knowledge. She was not intrusive at all and was happy to be flexible to work around what suited us. She helped us hire a scooter, with our laundry and recommended a massage lady who would come to the Villa. We were very grateful for all the lovely shared moments with her and the gardener Putu. We used Kay's recommended driver Eka (who lives in the same road) and he was exceptionally good, reasonably priced and spoke good English (no Grab in Lovina ) - his details and lots of other, useful information is provided by Kay). Buda Bakery is a 5 min walk and an absolute must (we ate there more than we should have) and Jaring Kitchens was also good. If we ever came back to Lovina we would not hesitate to stay at this beautiful Villa again!

I usually don’t write reviews, but Komang and this place truly deserves it. This was such a beautiful place. So peaceful and so in touch with the nature. Everything worked wonderfully, we had no complaints. We were so surprised to discover that the Airbnb actually had much more to offer than what was described. It is connected to a whole resort looking structure with a reception and restaurant and a bigger public pool as well and most importantly a lot of wonderful people working there to accommodate us and who always treated us with a smile. One wonderful woman even took the courtesy of sitting down with us one night to learn us about the Balinese culture. They made us feel not only at home but like friends. I have never met such kind and ambitious people. The privacy of the villa was the best! It felt so luxurious. The view was amazing and we even met a wild monkey that climbed up to our pool. We cannot thank Komang and his staff enough for this amazing week that we had there

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Amazing from start to finish. Host and staff greeted us on arrival. Desva helped to arrange a scooter rental from day1 which was very much appreciated. Amazing communication throughout the stay. This place is very private and mostly silent besides some occasional dogs barking. Fast and stable internet throughout all premises (~60mbps up/down). Amazing pool, massive and well equipped kitchen. Pool guy comes to clean for around 30-40min twice a week and gardener/cleaning staff maybe once a week. Only suggestion for the host would be to have a larger bin outside for the garbage, otherwise this place is perfect.

We are one of the first people to rent the place from Putu and his family. They worked hard to make it as comfortable as possible with European standards. Small things were not foreseen like kitchen gear etc but within a day delivered. So very happy with Putu's fast responses and actions 🙏 Ketut and his wife did the cleaning , water delivery and pool maintenance . Very happy with this. The place was great just missing an airco for the living room. With the one from the bedroom I managed to cool the whole place once I figured it out. Everything was in order. Lovina is calm and not touristic. very local and not much to do, so you need to know this. Great for resting or work. Like in many places in Bali we had some constructions going on behind the house but hopefully it will soon be over. The tiny house is a little humid and smelly, but ok. Everything is indoors and so a good plus for us. Bali is warm and humid Thanks for the stay and the great service like picking up and dropping off.

Nice staff . Clean room . Clean pool . Gold location for lots of restaurants within 5 min walking. 8 min from dolphin tour beach . They ordered us a boat which was good . We paid extra for swimming, but the dolphins didn’t hang around for more than 10 seconds each time they appeared! It’s a good solid hotel with a nice deep pool and helpful staff . Good kitchen too !

lokasi.dekat dengan pantai lovina, bisa jalan kaki, cma kalau malam hari penerangan jalan menuju villa agak kurang tapi sangat terbantu dengan komunikasi dari pemilik villa. untuk peralatan masak dan lain lain juga lengkap. namun memang kondisi villa agak sedikit kurang terawat namun tidak mengurangi kebersihan villa sama sekali, penjaga villa juga sangat membantu

The view from where I stayed was amazing, I enjoyed the jacuzzi with a view of the lush green trees. Tom was very helpful with everything, assisting me with all my needs. He also took me to a few places I hadn’t seen yet, offering to show me around. I had a great time. If I didn’t need to head to Seminyak for the things I had planned, I would have extended my stay there. I’m definitely thinking about going back. Thanks for everything!

Die Unterkunft The Tiing Villas war super. Stilistisch super schön und toll am Meer gelegen. Preisleistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr dreckig - speziell im Eingangsbereich vor dem Hotel. Es wäre schön wenn sich Hotels grundsätzlich auch um ihre Umgebung kümmern und Plastik einsammeln. Das Essen war wie bereits durch andere Kommentare beschrieben, nicht sonderlich gut. Wir sind gern ins benachbarte warung (Segara lestari) mit tollen frischen Produkten gegangen. Alles in allem ein schöner kurz Aufenthalt.

Comfortable and clean apartment with all needed belongings. Peaceful atmosphere and quiet place. Owner was kind and helpful. It’s definitely a nice place to stay.

Great place to stay, beautiful, peaceful and quiet area away from the tourist masses, absolutely lovely and super helpful manager onsite (Yani & his wife), short walk from the beach and restaurants, great pool, fast internet, modern and clean amenities, comfortable bed and great communal area with a really nice pool table, table tennis and an Italian wood fired pizza oven. Paul and Sri were very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions, all in all a really wonderful place to stay, we will definitely try and come back again!
