Romantic Lake Dillon Condominium with Bike Trail Access

One bedroom condo set up for a single individual or couple. High end furnishings inside and out including pottery barn outdoor wicker sectional perfect for viewing the lake and mountain range or reading a book. Kitchen is well equipped with general appliances plus coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, crock pot and utensils all provided. Indoor hot tub and pool table located on ground floor. This one-bedroom unit has been recently remodeled in a hip, lake house-inspired style. It has absolutely amazing views across Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile Range. Watch the sunset from the balcony. Walk to the marina to rent a boat or paddleboard. Hop on your bike and hit the path that goes past your front door. Go down to the water's edge and throw out a line to catch your fish dinner. Cool design touches include wood floors throughout, rock sink, mountain-modern furniture, and vintage photos.
