In the heart of Dillon, this Summit Yacht Club condo offers easy access to year round outdoor activities: walking distance to bars, the amphitheater (free weekend summer concerts), the marina and hiking/biking trails. Drive to Keystone in 10 minutes (or take the free Summit County bus across the street) and A-Basin/Copper in 15. Breckenridge is 25 and Vail a quick 35.

Perched directly on the Blue River, our new-build condo features everything you'll need for your mountain getaway! Sit on our private deck with 180 degree river and mountain views, or kick your feet up on the couch and relax in front of the fireplace. Enjoy preparing a meal in our well stocked kitchen, and get a great night's rest in our king beds (1 converts to 2 twins). We're 5 minutes off I-70, less than 20 minutes to 4 ski resorts and 30 minutes to Vail - you can't beat our location!

One Bedroom with Breathtaking Mountain Views

Close to major mountains, set up for remote work and a cozy stay. Good Wi-Fi, lots of coffee (and tea), an external monitor and a peaceful workplace to work remote while hiking, skiing, golfing, snowboarding, etc. Beautiful, unobstructed 180-degree south-facing panorama of Mt. Baldy, Lake Dillon, Mt. Guyot, Buffalo Mountain and Peak 1 with the National Forest, abundant wildlife and trails out the door. 67 miles from Denver (1.5-2 hrs from airport).
