Our place is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. We are in the a neighborhood. Enjoy the main house with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fabulous Sunroom with wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceiling overlooking an inviting in-ground pool. Across the pool is a studio tiny house that is all yours to use as well. It comes equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and all the privacy you need to get away. It has a queen bed and sleeps 2 with a small child on the sofa.

The Cove At Myrtle Grove

Enjoy waterfront views and relax in this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Water views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing in the yard, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. On the pier you may fish, lounge, launch your kayak, paddle board, etcetra. 10 - 20 minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more

Sweet Magnolia Bungalow

Relax in this spacious 100 year old bungalow in mid town. Close to Wilmington trail, hospital, uncw, restaurants, golf brewery, shopping. Ten minutes to downtown and the beach. Stay home and enjoy rocking chair porches and deck. Full sized equipped kitchen, books, records, yoga set up & WiFi in sunroom office or bring your codes and watch your favorite shows. Family friendly quiet area 15 Minutes from Downtown Wilmington with access to all that our incredible city has to offer... Dining, shopping and entertainment. 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 12 minutes to Carolina Beach, and 20 minutes to the ILM Airport. Large, fully fenced-in, backyard. Full Kitchen, spacious area, and Fun Frenchie themed Rooms! Pups are allowed by request only and with a pet fee.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard. Enjoy a beverage in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Amenities include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!
