Lake House - Recently Remodeled, Centrally Located

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Dining, shopping and entertainment. 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 12 minutes to Carolina Beach, and 20 minutes to the ILM Airport. Large, fully fenced-in, backyard. Full Kitchen, spacious area, and Fun Frenchie themed Rooms! Pups are allowed by request only and with a pet fee.

Enjoy an experience unlike your typical Short Term Rental. We pulled out all the stops with this sweet little space and spared no expense to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience. Located at the on the top floor (3rd story) on corner of W. Salisbury Street and N. Lumina, it doesn’t get any more convenient than this. Located on the same block as Johnny Mercer’s famous fishing pier, you will enjoy your days in the waves and top off the evenings with spectacular sunset views.

Animal Trail - Your escape at the Beach!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. You can get to both Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach in ~7 miles. After the beach, take a short drive downtown to enjoy the Riverwalk. It includes an open floor plan with plenty of things to do if you’d rather enjoy a night in. Primary Bedroom has a King bed, walk in closet, private bathroom with tub/shower, and Smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, Smart TV Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin XL Beds

Private suite - perfect for 2. Finished room over the garage with a private entrance and deck. Located in a central quiet neighborhood 5 miles from UNCW, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, 10 miles from Carolina Beach, 8 miles from Downtown Wilmington. Newly remodeled, clean and cozy. Comfortable space outfitted with a mini 'kitchenette'. Feel free to enjoy the spacious private yard on a 3/4 acre lot. The only way in by the stairs on the way up (not handicapped accessible).

Enjoy a quiet stay in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch style home in the center of Wilmington. Enjoy the large fenced-in yard from the hammock while watching the kids run or playing fetch with the dogs.
