Cozy tiny house 15 km from Stockholm in the nature

Would you like to discover Stockholm and the arquipelago and stay in a lovely calm area? Warmly welcome to our 30 sqm tiny house with a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable sofa bed or the cosy sleeping loft. Have dinner at the dining table and step outside and enjoy coffee on a sunny wooden terrace with a view into our beautiful garden. Bed linen & towels are included and even coffee/tea. The local train will take you to Stockholm in just 18 min. No need for a car.

Charming cottage by the lake in Sigtuna

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Vedtunnan är placerad uppe på berget vid ägarens hus. Inte alltid möjligt att hyra den. *Hyra stand up SUP bräda: 400kr/dag. OBS! Ovan endast efter överenskommelse att möjligt!

Välkommen till vårt gästhus med tillgång till brygga i bästa solläge! Här kan ni slappna av i lugn miljö och titta på båtarna som glider förbi eller ta tåget in till Stockholm och njuta av dess utbud av restauranter och nöjen. Tågstationen ligger på ca 10-15 min gångavstånd. Det tar 35 min med tåg in till Stockholm. Med bil tar det ca 30-35 min. Fri parkering. Fullt utrustat kök och badrum med kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dubbelsäng i sovrum. Bäddsoffa för två i vardagsrum.

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Set in a beautiful area with a crystal-clear lake for bathing just 200 m away, with a nature reserve surrounding it. Sea dock ~700 m. 30 minutes to Stockholm by Waxholm boat, bus or car.

Your own Lakeview house - with swimming pool

With a great view over the lake Mälaren and the surrounding nature, our countryside house offer you peace and quiet. However, Stockholm City is only 40min away and Arlanda airport can be reached in 15min. Please be advised that the house is located in the countryside and use of a rental car is preferred. The swimming pool is open mid May-mid Sept. We ourselves live right next door and although we respect your privacy, we are always here to answer any questions you might have!

Huset har dusch, toalett, enkelt pentry, braskamin och vedeldad bastu, En oas som för dig som uppskattar livskvalitet och inte vill bo i centrum. Sovloftet har två madrasser direkt på golvet och nås via en stege. Taket är lågt, så här gäller det att omfamna sin inre katt och krypa smidigt in mot madrasserna 😊 Mysigt, charmigt och inget för den som vill stå raklång i sängen😉 Lakan, handdukar ingår.

This is the perfect apartment to rent for a weekend in Sweden’s oldest and most picturesque town, Sigtuna. The apartment is newly renovated, modern, and spacious. It's located near the boardwalk, and it is within walking distance from the local lake (a known swimming area). It’s only a 15 min walk from the city center where you will find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and shopping. It is only a 40 min drive to the capital Stockholm, and 20 min. to the airport Arlanda!
