The house with a garden offers plenty of space for families or small groups. It's located in a peaceful village and allows a break in nature with activities such as hiking through the Rax, Semmering and Schneeberg area, climbing on Flatzer- or Hohe Wand, or cycling/mountain bike tours. Ski areas can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes, the Linsberg Asia thermal bath can be reached in 18 mins. The train station (4km away) has a direct connection to Vienna, which takes about 1 hour.

The spacious house, located in a quiet area, accommodates up to 10 people with sleeping Couch and mattresses. A generous living room and a conservatory — both situated right next to the kitchen — offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.

Mit direktem Blick auf die Burg befindet sich das Apartment mitten im Herzen von Forchtenstein an der Rosalia. Egal ob mit dem Bike, zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto - in umittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich unsere wohl bekannteste Sehenswürdigkeit die "Burg Forchtenstein", der Reptilien Zoo, diverse Wander- und Mountainbike Strecken. Für heiße Sommertage ist unsere Perle, der Badestausee, inmitten von Wald und Wiesen eine willkommene Erfrischung.

Die Wohnung bietet alle wesentlichen Einrichtungen und besticht durch ihre ruhige Lage mit einem großen Balkon in den begrünten Hof. Der ideale Ort für längere Aufenthalte für Bildung, Gesundheit etc, aber auch für Ausflüge zum Skifahren und andere Freizeitaktivitäten in der schönen Umgebung.

Welcome to Wiener Neustadt! Our spacious apartment is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Lidl (grocery store). With three bedrooms, two completely suited bathrooms, and a free private parking place, it's perfect for those who need comfortable large beds or for groups of people. The two bathrooms add an extra level of comfort and convenience. Recently, we added a Samsung SmartTV(Internet-only) and a couch.

Die Lodge ist bester Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zw. Eisenstadt, Wien, dem Semmering und dem Schneeberg. Neudörfl liegt außerdem nahe der Musikmetropole Wiesen und Eisenstadt. Geht's zum Golf spielen in den Golfclub, zum Reiten, oder zum Reitturnier, zum Schwimmen im Neudörfler Badesee, oder in die Therme Linsberg? Die Lodge liegt einfach zentral! Zwei Räder stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
