Fully renovated (2022) high standard, traditional villa in the heart of charming Apollonia. Perfectly located in the city centre, at walking distance from shops and restaurants, but in a quiet area. You can enjoy the magnificent view from the roof terrace, cool down in the dipping pool, or relax under the pergola which gives shade to the dining table. The Villa consists of 3 houses connected by a backyard. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor shower, and 1 big open kitchen.

"Nesea Sifnos" complex consists of 4 independent luxury villas with 3-4 bedrooms each, combining the traditional Cycladic architecture with its natural stone construction. This complex offers a shared pool for the 3 villas and 1 villa with a private pool, with a magnificent view overlooking Platys Gialos and its bay. The distance from the beach, by car, is 3 minutes. If you like walking, you may also take the path that ends at the beginning of Platys Gialos, which takes 10 minutes to the beach.

Our beachfront Family House "Levanda" is built following the cycladic tradition including all the comforts & offering a cosy atmosphere. It includes fully equipped traditional built kitchen & separated bedroom with double bed and private traditional built shower. There are also 3 single beds with dining table & chairs in & out the house. There is a/c and tv. The private patio of the house offers amazing sea views across the southern part of the island (Chrisopigi, Kitriani, Faros, Fasolou etc)!

4-BEDROOM CYCLADIC HOUSE WITH POOL

Our house is a remodeled traditional house from Sifnos. We have built it respecting the tradition of the island, we really have put a lot of effort in creating a very special place. Its unique view of Kastro make the outdoor space specially astonishing. The main house consists of two rooms (one with double bed, the other two single beds), a full bathroom, kitchen and working area. The other two rooms are placed in two different premises all joined by the outdoor area.

The house is located in the traditional settlement of Exambela facing the picturesque village of Kastro on the Eastern side of the island.. Relax and enjoy your privacy and solitude at the terraces. The beautiful pool with magic view is shared with Chalakia house 2. The parking is 100metres from the house. The car does not go all the way to the house, to get there you will need to follow a path of 30 meters.
