Craig was an amazing host - extremely accommodating, helpful and proactive! As for Kiwi Cottage, it was everything our family could ask for and more. The kids loved the hot tub and pool, while all of the restaurants and beaches were a short distance away (highly recommend renting the golf cart!). Such an amazing vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.

Great private stay a block from the beach and two blocks from the village. The area is very walkable for things to do and eat. If you’re looking for a honeymoon, anniversary or getaway spot this is perfect! And the hot tub is a nice touch.

We’ve stayed near Siesta key before, but the experience was very different this time due to our host. Starting before we arrived, she made sure we would have what we needed for our staff, including a high chair and crib. During our stay she checked in regularly. It felt more like we were staying at a friends house than a rental.

This is a BEAUTIFUL place. There was a lovely welcome basket with toiletries when we arrived. Lots of fun board games. The back patio with hot tub are incredible, at night it is amazing. The host was really proactive in communicating with us, and was a pleasure to work with. Very, very quiet inside as well. With 2 bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, you have lots of options. My son kept begging us to stay another day! We would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Bob was very accommodating, easy to communicate with and very friendly. Everything went smoothly, from entry to instructions for leaving. Adorable place, all new appliances, nice bedrooms, even great water pressure in the shower! Can’t wait to come back!

We LOVED staying at Christopher’s. The apartment was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is adorable and so close to downtown. Christopher was an absolute gem of a host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. So grateful! Would return.

Nothing beats waking up and walking to the beach within 3 minutes. We really enjoyed all the beach amenities provided for our use. It made our trip so easy! Although the area is still cleaning up after the hurricane, it is heartwarming to watching this beautiful community come together. Very friendly neighbors, everyone always greeted us with a, "Good morning!" Thank you for making our trip stress-free for my husband's birthday. We have a soft spot for Manasota Key now, and can't wait to come back!

I only stayed a short few nights, but the place was wonderful. The day of my check-in Lori had contacted me to let me know I could check-in early if I pleased, which was very helpful to me. She had many suggestions on things to do in the area with all the information you would need. I loved just how close it was to the beach and some wonderful restaurants, all only a short walk away. The place was very clean and had everything I needed. Can’t say enough great things about it, it’s not surprising to see it’s booked up far in advance!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Canopy Cottage. This was our second year staying and loved it even more. Jami is an excellent host. We loved being close to the Legacy Trail to ride bikes and the sort drive to Siesta Key Beach! Would definitely stay again.

Whenever I visit Gulfport, Uncle Finley’s is the first place I check for availability. The house is well situated with all the right touches to make you feel at home. There have been some recent improvements to the inside and outside of the home that add even more value to the stay.

We had a wonderful time in Bradenton. We love the area because it has great beaches and lots to do. This home was close to the Riverwalk area which we really enjoy. There are great restaurants and just a nice area to walk around. The house itself was very comfortable for us. Becca has lots of things there for people to enjoy doing. We played a lot of ping pong and corn hole. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a grill to use. We would love to stay in this home again.

We had a great time at this villa! The pool was amazing. The backyard was peaceful. We loved that we could bring our dog with us. 2 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely love to stay here again.

This is a lovely home with astounding amenities. The street is old Florida style mixed with newer homes. The beach and water are heaven. There really are no words to describe. The home, street, and beach are jewels….and the host is amazing!! This neighborhood is very quiet and so peaceful.

The place was beautiful when we first arrived and was very clean. I’m completely satisfied with the clear communication the host provided. Very short walk to the beach and excellent location. We will hopefully be staying here again in the future! Thanks D!

Great location, beautiful sunrise, great fishing! My daughter cast out and within five minutes, caught a bass!!

Wir haben uns sofort im Palmettocottage wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Der Pool im Außenbereich ist super, wir haben ihn viel genutzt. Der Kontakt mit Stephan war immer freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Die Lage ist super und auch ruhig. Eir sind oft zum Anna-Maria Island Strand gefahren war nur eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Würden es wieder buchen beim nächsten mal.

We had to get another rental after our first fell through and Petie was so helpful in getting us set up quickly. Her hosting was attentive the entire time. And the place was so clean, well located and apportioned. The back patio was a great place to have breakfast and watch the boats and birds. It was a good space but ultimately the attentive hosting and being good with a last minute booking were what really pushed this over the top.

This was our second year of spending a month at Aileen's place. Again, it was so perfect for my husband and I. We did have guests stay for a couple of nights and the air mattress is REALLY nice! Everything about the space is so wonderful. Clean, cute, everything you would need for a month. It is also close to so many beaches (Fort Desoto Park ( our favorite), St. Pete's beach, and Anna Maria Island beaches. It's close to all that Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer. We felt right at home the day we arrived and it was hard to say good-bye. We definitely hope to visit again!

Fabulous time at hidden cove - only thing to keep in mind is there are only 2 beach chairs so if you’re with a bunch of beach bound guests that could be a consideration. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again when we want to be in the Bradenton area.
