Walnut, an Idyllic Cotswold farm retreat

The crowning glory, Walnut occupies the top floor of the converted barn. Sunlight floods into the vast living area through an entire gable of elegant oak windows overlooking the courtyard. Competing for attention is the massive stone fireplace with its chimney breast towering up to the pitched ceiling of the sleeping gallery above, reached via a solid elm staircase landing in front of a magnificent stone arched window giving glorious views down to the fish pond and across the picturesque valley.

Charming guest house in the Cotswolds

A unique property within the grounds of a village house consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with a large sofa bed. A bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and free-standing bath completes the top floor. Downstairs includes a W.C. and utility room with washer dryer. From the kitchen, an outdoor staircase with stunning valley views, leads to a private terrace with seating and barbeque. Additional concierge services available on request.

The Artist’s Studio

The Artist's Studio is a self contained wing of The Manor House in Sibford Gower - a picturesque village on the edge of the Cotswolds. It has its own private entrance, a pool on your doorstep, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside, walking trails and quaint pubs. The double height space is light and bright, whilst full of history and charm. A perfect getaway, or an ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds, Oxford, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bicester Village or Blenheim Palace.

This is a pet friendly, two king bedroom cottage which comfortably sleeps 4.

Sibford is located between Oxford and Stratford with an abundance of historic sites and attractions nearby. Very peaceful and private Covered parking included Walking heaven with public footpaths and bridleways on the doorstep!

The Hayloft is an ideal bolthole in the Cotswolds sleeping up to two guests. Just a few minutes walk from a well stocked local shop and three excellent local pubs. The location is ideal to explore the stunning Cotswold countryside, as well as discovering the nearby city of Oxford which is just 40km south or a 40 minute drive.

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

A lovely Shepherds Hut in an AONB in the Cotswolds. A small but beautifully formed space with full ensuite shower room and loo. TV with some sky channels and a DVD player, USB charging point and a kettle. Towels and linen are provided. Fab views, great for walking or visiting local beauty spots. Not suitable for children or pets. Steps up to the Hut so please consider this too.
