Welcome to our charming 3rd-floor studio nestled within a stunning Victorian house in the heart of the NE Arts district! This cozy retreat boasts an abundance of natural light streaming in through skylights, illuminating a space adorned with beautiful plants, creating a serene and inviting ambiance. This delightful haven features a warm fireplace perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. Please note, there is some low clearance near the head of the bed and in the bathroom/kitchen area.

Jim & Peg’s Private Suite

Your private suite includes a bedroom with two queen beds, a kitchen and sitting nook, a bathroom, a large television with cable and hookups for your tech devices. A den/ living room with a fireplace and a tv, and a private deck. Just steps out the door you can take the stairway down to the lake and enjoy sunset and lake views. Lake toys are available. Our home is just a quick 2mi drive into the town of White Bear Lake- a charming, hip and town full of shopping, dinning, more lake.

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

It also comes with a free parking spot back in the ally. There is a private tattoo studio on the upper level of the suite, you will hear walking noise periodically 10-5 Monday to Friday. Extremely quiet at night and on weekends.

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
