Furnished with many handmade items, this home has an artful and unique aesthetic. Atop the visual charm is a focus on wellnes. You’ll love the mineral hot tub to wind down before bed or awaken with a dip in the cold plunge. Also recently opened is the red light grounding sauna and the once a shed gym. All the beds are of high quality. Book here if at the end of your stay you want to feel rejuvenated and energized. This is not a party house and quiet hours must be respected.

If you are particularly sensitive to sounds, this might not be the ideal fit for your visit. Come stay just minutes from downtown Denver, LoHi, Tennyson St, Boulder, and Golden. We are right in the middle of Denver and the mountains off of I-36. Our beautiful garden-level unit will make you feel right at home.

This brand new luxurious home has been designed with the Danish concept of coziness (Hygge) in mind. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with comfortable leather couches & a rustic stone fireplace in an open concept living/dining area. This home was also designed to be accommodating for large families with a kid friendly activity/sleeping den downstairs. Adults will enjoy a great night’s rest on our new memory foam mattresses with high thread count bedding.

We hope you enjoy our dark and cozy lower level apt. Located close to several main highways: I-25, I-76, I-70, I-270, and Boulder turnpike. Meow Wolf 9.2 mi Red Rock Amphitheatre 20.5 mi There is tea and coffee in the kitchen to make fresh in the morning and you can enjoy a relaxing cannabis flower in the evening (not provided). Comfortable covered patio with large yard, gardens, fire top table for cool evenings. Upper level tenant with friendly dog.

Cozy & Spacious Artsy Home in Denver

Cute and cozy home close to everything! Located in Denver with easy access to all the major highways - Excellent location for snowboarders/skiers. Private 2 bedroom 1 bath lower unit with separate entrance and full kitchen! We live upstairs in the upper unit and share the backyard. Free street parking. Shared home - we live upstairs. However, the lower unit is completely private and has it’s own entrance - backyard is shared.
