Denver Getaway Studio in Contemporary Rustic Style

Slide back the bedroom barn doors made from Beetle Kill Pine from the Rocky Mountains set beneath an original 1909 beam and start the day in the dual-head over-sized shower. After a BBQ dinner, sit by the fire pit under the twinkling string lights. This cozy basement studio has everything you need to explore all Denver has to offer! Get a great night's rest before heading out on your Colorado adventure! Cook meals in a fully-equipped kitchenette. Utilize the spacious modern shower w/ dual shower heads. Stay in to work, write that blog, cozy up to watch a movie, or read a book. Parking is next to garage in back of house. Entrance is through back gate and backyard. I am available as much or little as you would like to interact. I am happy to provide a local Denverite/Coloradan perspective and recommendations. Located across the street from the Regis University Campus, this neighborhood is quiet yet bustling. Take an easy 4-minute walk to the main street for breakfast at the bakery and cafe. Later, browse the antique store and visit the micro-brewery. RTD Bus stop located around the corner (2 min walking distance). In Walking distance of eateries, coffee shops, breweries, bars, & boutiques. Quick 7 min Drive or Lyft/Uber to Downtown Denver. Take Union Station RTD Light Rail to or from Denver International Airport. No Pet Policy is Strict. This home was built in the early 1900's and been remodeled and updated. The one flight of stairs to this basement bedroom are a narrower depth and taller than average stairs. There is one support beam with padding in the bedroom (shown in picture) of 5 ft. 7 in. clearance. The Airbnb hosts upstairs are available to answer any questions, resolve any issues, or provide any recommendations you may need during your stay.

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.

Cozy, Colorful one Bedroom lower Apartment

We hope you enjoy our dark and cozy lower level apt. Located close to several main highways: I-25, I-76, I-70, I-270, and Boulder turnpike. Meow Wolf 9.2 mi Red Rock Amphitheatre 20.5 mi There is tea and coffee in the kitchen to make fresh in the morning and you can enjoy a relaxing cannabis flower in the evening (not provided). Comfortable covered patio with large yard, gardens, fire top table for cool evenings. Upper level tenant with friendly dog.
