Nestled in the canyons with a winding road on the eastern edge of Bel Air, Beverly Glen Blvd can be a busy street during rush hours. It boasts some of the most magnificent and expensive properties in the country and lush scenery for the high-profile locals. Public transit is difficult, but available. Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.
