Wake up to city views, then take a freshly-pressed coffee out to the balcony at this luxury condo in The Falls. Pull up a perspex chair for a relaxed meal under the glittering chandelier, then curl up on the leather corner sofa for a movie night. Business license: 00038254 This bright, modern 1 bedroom condo features a fireplace, full kitchen, separate tub and shower, his & her sinks and private patio with spectacular views overlooking the Empress and Parliament Buildings. Steps from the inner-harbour and all the major tourist attractions including Beacon Hill Park and the Royal BC Museum, "The Falls," is the perfect place to explore Victoria. The unit is on the 7th floor and remarkably quiet despite being so central. Beautiful water features and a spa-like entrance greet you as you enter the building. Amenities: Fitness gym consisting of 2 treadmills, 2 eliptical machines, a bike, 2 stretch mats, and free weights; Heated outdoor swimming pool (29 degrees celcius/ 84 degrees farenheit) & poolside lounge area with chairs provided (open May 1st to October 1st); Hot tub (open dawn to dusk) with chemical levels tested daily and consistent with VIHA regulations; Shower & change room; Outdoor fire place and lounge area with couch-style seating on pool deck patio. Guests receive full access to the building, the pool and hot tub is only available during the Spring and Summer. We are experienced AirBnB hosts and are readily available to help you check-in and answer any questions you have. The apartment is close to all the city's major tourist attractions, including The Empress Hotel, Beacon Hill Park, the Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, and dozens of restaurants and shops. Bus routes, ferries, float planes and taxis are all nearby. Please note, we only give 1 bed per 2 guests. If 2 guests each require their own separate bed, an extra fee will be charged. Guest suite on a quiet country property

This is a self contained guest suite attached to the main home. There is a separate entrance off the front veranda. Cooking facilities do NOT include a stove. There is a refrigerator, micro-wave, toaster, slow-cooker, coffee-maker, kettle and ample dishes and kitchen utensils. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ on the patio as well as the patio itself. NEW FOR 2021. We now have a Level 2 EV charger for electric vehicles. It has a J1772 Port. Please contact the host for rates and if you plan to use. Children 12 and under stay free when accompanied by adults.

Our property is located in Port Angeles, WA nestled in a quiet area of town while still close to all the necessities for exploring the Pacific Northwest. We are a 2-3 min walk from the Olympic Discovery trail which is a 130 mile paved trail used for running, walking, biking and even the occasional horse rider. Both the ferry for Victoria, BC and the Olympic National Park Visitor Center are about a 10 min drive away making this the perfect location for exploring the area.
