Just 1.5-2 hours from NYC, our spacious and serene home is perfect for a peaceful retreat, outdoor adventures, and exploring local wineries. Nearby attractions include Lake Minnewaska Park, Mohonk Preserve, Sam’s Point, the Shawangunk Wine Trail, Ellenville and Blue Cliff Monastery. The location also provides convenient access to explore many of the Hudson Valley and Catskill towns and villages.

If you've been looking for the tiny house experience, look no further. Michelle and Chris built this tiny house to live as eco-friendly, comfy, and healthy as possible. Built with only non-toxic and all natural materials with a state of the art fresh-air system. Two heating systems for the winter. Enjoy wildlife or relaxing at the river bend on our 5-acre property or explore the awesome attractions close by: winery, New Paltz downtown, “gunks” rock climbing, Minnewaska State Park, and more!

Perfect for writers/solo-travelers seeking solitude & peace and couples wanting quality time together. The cottage is on a scenic country road, walking distance to 3 farms, including 2 great farm-to-table restaurants: Westwind Pizza/Apple Orchard, Arrowood Brewery, & Hollengold Farm. A stone's throw are Stonehill Barn and Inness. 15 min drive to the incomparable Minnewaska State Park.

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

Our one-bedroom guest house offers serenity and privacy on the Shawangunk Kill river, surrounded by the natural beauty of local farmland and "the Gunks" mountains. Step outside to soak in the tub, kayak, enjoy a bbq, or gather around the firepit. When the spirit of exploration calls you, it's only a short drive to hiking, biking, and world-class rock climbing, along with wineries, breweries, farms, orchards, cider mills, and many fine restaurants. A retreat for body, mind, and soul.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Hidden cabin on 2 wooded acres

Retreat to a beautiful cabin and get lost on two wooded acres. Reconnect with nature in your own way - hike around nearby Lake Minnewaska, or another of the dozens of incredible trails in the area. Explore infinity under a blanket of stars and share stories gathered around the firepit. When you’re called inside, grab a book and settle in by the fireplace. Then cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen or on the grill, and enjoy it on the patio overlooking the property.

Sunny and Spacious Studio - a serene getaway

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Cozy Home on the Hill (Welcome to the country!)

This cozy spacious renovated home is surrounded by nature yet not far off the beaten path. It is situated facing east toward the Shawangunk Mountain where the sun beams its rays over as it rises. Its the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle with a large level yard for games or just sit and let natures residents serenade you. At night, sit at a warm mesmerizing fire at the pit to lull you to sleep while enjoying the stars above. Get out and enjoy!
