We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

We had a wonderful stay at Olivia’s place. It is exactly as advertised, and the front porch and back patio are even bigger than pictured. There were a ton of beach accessories provided with the house- beach passes, chairs, bikes, towels. It’s a great location, short walk to both the beach and restaurants/shops. Olivia could not have been nicer, and was extremely communicative and responsive. Would definitely rent again!

My family really enjoyed staying here for Christmas! We have family nearby so the location worked well for us- it’s also a plus to be walking distance to Main St shops and restaurants (our favorites, Vic’s and Darcy’s)!We travel with our dogs and this house was really comfortable for them which makes us happy and feel at home as well. Big backyard and nice neighborhood for walking. Most airbnbs we’ve stayed in lack seating but Tiffany’s large sectional with dining table for 6 in an open concept downstairs was a great perk. Tiffany made check in and check out extremely easy and made us feel relaxed about being away from home. Would love to stay again for our next trip to the shore!

Debra’s place was exactly as described and a perfect place for a weekend in Asbury! convenient quick drive to restaurants and the board walk - can’t beat it!

This was our second stay at Jerry's property, and it was even better than the first. Jerry is very communicative and responsive, and he obviously takes pride in his property -- updates had been made since our visit last year. We felt right at home, being able to do laundry and prepare simple meals as needed. Stepping outside right onto the sand made a business trip still feel leisurely!

We had a great vacation at Peters place. It is close to beach- about 2.5 blocks and place was nice, as described. Plenty of cooking essentials and 6 beach tags. There was chairs and a cart for the beach and outside grill for the days we just wanted to relax and BBQ. The only down side I would say would be the beds weren't made. We had to make all the beds and strip all the beds down and wash sheets and towels before departure . I feel like that should be done by the cleaning crew. Other than that we had a great wk and the place was nice and Peter was very responsive with any questions I had. I would recommend the stay!

This home was perfect, we visited in the off season so our surroundings were always quiet and calm, the home is beautiful and is so close to restaurants and grocery stores. Our host was amazing. We highly recommended this place. We’d love to stay again.

The location was another highlight: a peaceful, safe neighborhood that felt like a calm retreat, yet only minutes from JFK Airport—super convenient for travel. I’ve stayed in this area before, and this is by far the best listing in terms of quality, comfort, and value. If you’re looking for a cozy, pristine, and well-located stay with a top-notch host, don’t hesitate—book it! I’ll absolutely return next time I’m in town.
