Starbase - Waterfront Home w Pickleball Court

Welcome to Starbase, a tranquil waterfront home situated on a 10-acre lot on the Bay of Quinte. Meticulously designed by architect Martin Liefhebber (2006), the exterior spaces were reinvented in 2021 by architect Brian O’Brian. A brand new professional pickleball half basketball court was added in 2023. Starbase’s interior was renovated in 2025 with new windows, kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathrooms. This private home is spacious and ideally suited for gathering.

Stillwood Loft, ideal for a weekend getaway, is a beautiful rustic/modern apartment, on the upper levels of a barn (circa 1850), on a rural road in Prince Edward County, Ontario. The apartment combines original exposed beams with modern millwork and finishes. Heated and air-conditioned with geothermal units, it is open concept on two levels, with hickory floors, modern appliances, and a propane fireplace - an ideal starting place to enjoy the many delights of the region.
