Highcliff Cottage at Luccombe is a dream holiday retreat, secluded and tranquil. A 100m high clifftop garden oasis overlooking Sandown Bay and the south of England. Relax on the deck, listen to the bird song and breathe in the fresh air. Situated between Shanklin and Ventnor, the Cottage is designed in the boathouse style with beautiful detailing inside and out, with exclusive use of a large garden and access to a spectacular cliff terrace. The Isle of Wight Coastal Path is at the front gate.

Seagull cottage is a recently renovated period, two bedroom cottage, tastefully redecorated whilst maintaining it's quaint features. It’s a secret hideaway just perfect for that peaceful break away, you won’t believe you are in the centre of the town, yet a short walk to the main beach and Esplanade, and an even shorter walk to the shops and restaurants. Robins Rest is a delightful cottage, 5 minutes walk from the popular Old Village in Shanklin. Walking distance to the beach, & a very good selection of restaurants/independent shops. Bedroom one has one double bed, bedroom two has a triple bunk (double bed & single on top). One bathroom with bath & shower over bath. Parking for one vehicle. Smart TV & WI FI. Perfect for families. Directly opposite a huge green/park & walking distance to all you need. Bus stop outside, great regular service.

Quaint Coach House Cottage in the heart of the IOW

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This pretty cottage was the former Coach House and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House which dates back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has private parking opposite. This cottage is next door my other listing Cosy Stable Cottage which maybe available if this is not. We have a minimum 3 night booking. Monday is not available but please contact me if you require a Monday stay

Dove cottage is a quaint one bedroom seaside cottage located in Ventnor. With lovely sea views from the bedroom and lounge it’s a perfect getaway for couples looking for a relaxing break in one of the most beautiful areas on the Isle of Wight. As well as being near the beach, Dove Cottage is within walking distance to the fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes that Ventnor has to offer. There are many scenic coastal paths nearby leading to places such Bonchurch, Steephill Cove and St Lawrence.

A charming little wooden house by the sea

This quirky attractive vintage little cottage is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing in idyllic surroundings. Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.

The Annexe has been recently renovated and is superbly presented with comfortable accommodation for two people.
