Old Brewery, Lower Calbourne Mill, Isle of Wight

Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

The Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in an out of the way location on the coastal path. Peaceful and secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife including red squirrels. Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Stunning detached annexe near Yarmouth.

Located in a corner of a beautiful garden set deep in the West Wight countryside, The Annexe is a detached brand new build in a gorgeous rural setting near Yarmouth, right on the popular Isle of Wight Cycle Route. We are surrounded by fields, yet close to so many of the wonderful Isle of Wight "must-see" places; stunning beaches, beautiful downland and forests, peaceful harbours and lively towns. Perfect for walkers too as our home is on the Hampstead Trail with very little traffic around us.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. A cosy building with a sunny aspect and a private garden to the rear that overlooks the neighbouring countryside. Due to its location most of the island is accessible from here within a short drive. Explore the heritage castles & monuments, the beaches & surf, and family friendly parks throughout the island.

Grants Cottage is a gorgeous, consistently 5-star-rated chocolate box thatched cottage in one of the Island's prettiest villages, and just under 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of the west Wight. There is a large and secure dog-friendly garden, an Aga, woodburner and sumptuous furnishings. Wifi, books, DVDs, Smart TV, games and well-equipped kitchen; perfect for summer or cosy winter breaks. Modern purpose built self contained cabin, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space.

Cottage, private garden one bedroomed cottage.

Quercus, our annex, is a self contained one bedroom cottage, lounge, patio, kitchen, walk-in shower and dedicated parking set within an AONB. However not too far from local amenities and the town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. 200 yards from bus stop and local pub within 20 mins walk. Prospective guests should note that the cottage is accessed by 2 steps to the front door and the same applies to accessing the rear garden. Once inside there are no further steps.

Glamp Wight Oak Geodesic Dome on the Isle of Wight

An insulated 6m diameter geodesic dome, nestled in woodland. We provide the shell, with a lovely warm woodburner, four seats and a table, solar-powered lighting inside, with battery bank, USB charging and a DAB and Bluetooth streaming radio, you bring your camping kit. The dome shares our composting toilets and solar showers. There is a nearby sink, on mains water and a woodburner inside. Please get in contact if you would like us to book ferry travel.
