This newly refurbished annexe is perfect for those visiting "The Wave", wanting to cycle on the numerous quiet country roads or simply walk to one of the many excellent village pubs that can be accessed via great countryside walks. 2 minute drive from Old Down Country park, 30 minute drive to Bristol city centre and Forest of Dean. Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

Welsh Gatehouse: Luxury 13th Century Medieval Home

The Welsh Gatehouse is a beautiful historic house with modern amenities. Imagine staying in a fairy tale castle built in 1270. The thick walls, ancient windows & steep spiral staircase say 'history'. Romantic log fires keep you warm you in winter, & the thick walls keep you cool in summer. Views from the top of the tower are extraordinary over the Severn Bridges and the Breacon Beacons (NB we call this the terrace in our description below). Unique, luxurious, quirky yet comfortable.

Roylands Farm Cottage is located on a working farm, surrounded by countryside yet easy access to motorway networks, retail and business parks. Ideally located for Monday - Friday accommodation for work purposes or short leisure break in Bristol. The property allows sole use of the ground floor (The rest of property will be unoccupied), which includes large double bedroom with en-suite, lounge with conservatory, Kitchen dinner with all cooking facilities available. Ample off road parking.

Studio near Aztec West &The Wave. Please read info

Please note we have 2 dogs at the prooerty. Self-contained studio apartment set in rural location but within easy distance of Aztec West, The Wave, and The Wild Place. Large bedroom, ensuite shower room and small lounge area with kitchenette and sofa bed or single put up bed. The Wave is approx. 1 km walk. The nearest bus stop is 1 mile away in the village so guests who are hoping to sight see will either need to be able to take on the walk to the village or have access to a car.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Olli's Cottage-Terrace &Jacuzzi

Olli's cottage is situated in one of Bristol picturesque suburds, newly refurbished 700sq Ft/70 Sqm with private terrace and hot tub (3 days notice required/small extra charge). In close proximity to La Villa Olli: Swimming pool with waterfall, pool table & ping pong table (Small extra charge). Located near M4/M5, making travel to/from easy. Perfect for a couple getaway or a business trip in a tranquil environment within 5 minutes access to country pubs.

The Potting Shed

Very Spacious 1 Bed Home in the Countryside

Very spacious place ideal for solo traveller or a couple looking for a home in the countryside. Ideally located just 5 minute drive from M4, M5 and M48 so you can quickly and easily get to pretty much anywhere. Just 30 minutes to the centre of Bristol, South Wales or the Cotswolds. Large windows with pleasant, leafy green views from the lounge, bathroom and bedroom. 47 inch TV with free wifi and space to work from a laptop.

Buster - the giant glampervan - 8 min to The Wave

Buster is a 40 foot Scania coach that has been transformed into a luxury motorhome/glampervan. To drive him, you will need an HGV license which is why he is available as a static rental adjacent to a country pub 12 mins from junction 17 of the M5 and 8 mins from THE WAVE, the UK's only inland surfing facility. The adjacent field is available for camping if you have friends or extended family that wish to join you.
