The home also offers ample parking for vehicles and a large, private, fenced backyard. This home is great for families and groups with pets.

Old Town Carriage House - near CSU and Old Town!

Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Short, scenic drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Fifteen minutes to CSU and Fort Collins. Screened in backyard patio with a fully fenced in yard. Full access to the entire, fully furnished home. Breakfast and snack items also included! Your home away from home while visiting Colorado.

Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)

Zen Den - Private Basement Guest Suite and Hot Tub

Spacious, private, separate entrance: entire basement bedrooms with private entrance, living room, comfy couch, big screen TV, bathroom and kitchenette with a fridge and two burners for cooking. Big backyard, hot tub, next to the riverbend ponds and a short 10-minute drive to downtown Ft. Collins and the breweries. *Guests have the entire lower level basement of the home to themselves during their stay.

Private Suite in Boulder County

Mother-in-law suite (duplex) set up with comfort in mind. It has a comfortable Queen size bed and a separate living room space with a smart TV and a comfy sofa. The space has kitchenette with all utensils and eating accoutrements available for your use as well as private access to washer and dryer Close access to hiking trails in Lyons, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and more! No pets allowed.
