We chose Matthew’s spot partly due to the proximity to friends we were visiting, and as a convenient place from which to explore the wider area. The location was lovely and peaceful, with nice views of the lake. A nice quiet street, so you really felt much further away from things than you were, but with convenient access. Matthew was quick to respond to any queries. The house had convenient labels that made things easy to find, such as which kitchen cabinets held which items. Thanks Matthew!

This was a great stay for us and we enjoyed the time in the home:). Lots of sitting room for guests and beds were comfortable too. Thank you

Amazing Thanksgiving with the family! Very clean and comfortable home. We walked out the front door and found some beautiful hiking trails right away, amazing views and tons of wildlife in every direction. Highly recommended.

This was a cozy, comfortable place to stay to access areas of Fort Collins and local trails. The home was safe, clean, and had games and teas for my friends and I when we came back from our hikes. Overall, it was the best place I stayed while on a 6-night trip in Colorado!

Jenanne’s place was just perfect for our family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving weekend! There was plenty of space for the adults to visit upstairs and kids to play downstairs while our holiday dinner was being prepared. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all the essential utensils/pans/etc one might need. We also all slept well on the comfortable beds (and I always appreciate when lots of pillows are provided.) The place was clean and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again!

This house is fantastic. It is roomy, clean, comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described. We had a couple issues that were completely our fault and Maria took care of them immediately. We had a wonderful visit with family and much of that was because we had such a perfect place to stay. Maria really is a Super Host! 🥰😊 When we visit again, I hope this beautiful home is available! Thanks for a great stay!!! The Fort is a great space, and surprisingly bright and full of light for being a basement unit. I loved the fenced in private yard and feeling free to contact you anytime I had a question. The kitchen chalk board and booklet full of suggestions is great for activities. I slept like a dream in the comfy bed and the bathroom was sparkling. Thanks again!!

A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

The place is very clean. The shower is very funky though.Beds were comfortable

Stunning, new townhouse, staying here was a real treat in itself! Nice little patio to enjoy the cool evenings. My pups and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. There is a large park across the street, though we utilized other parks in our travels. Great location to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring RMNP. Very clean and comfortable. And the host was a great communicator (even though i wasn’t lol). Overall, just a really positive experience.

Beautiful scenery. Place was warm, clean and easy to find with institutions. A peaceful 15-20 min drive from Estes. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless upon check in and the host was friendly and communicative. The kitchen is small but has all the utensils, pots, bowls, measuring cups, plates, etc. that we needed, and the shower was hot. I think there could be a curtain or frosted glass on the upper bathroom window too, not just the lower one, since you're surrounded by other cabins. Bring your own conditioner (the cabin didn't have any but did have shampoo and soaps). There are no condiments or other items in the fridge left behind from other guests. No big deal but the water didn't taste great to us. If you are also pickier about water taste, you can fill up water bottles at the dispenser inside Colorado Cherry Company down the road if you buy something. Our dog loved this cabin. The patio is fully fenced, and they have poop bag dispensers on property. Thanks for the great stay.

The birch cabin was cozy and comfortable. Heidi was very responsive and friendly. It was great to get to use the snowshoes during our stay.

Beautiful, clean cabin with a lovely outdoor space with a hot tub. Great for a quick getaway!

So booked 2 night stay, it was perfect. Owners left clear instructions which i like and the stream out front followed owners instructions on where to go and got to sit and watch the trout. Was close to estes park and a beautiful drive. Tvs being roku tvs were a huge plus for night time. Hot tub was a perfect 103 degrees. Definitely will book again when in the area perfect amount of away from people but yet close to towns

This was a very cozy and well stocked cabin, in a gorgeous location! Heidi checked in multiple times through out our stay and was wonderful! Between being right on the river, the fire pits, and the comfy bed, this is the perfect spot for a quick getaway

Beautiful place where myself and my girlfriends gathered to cook, soak, steam, craft, giggle, and reflect on life. Truly a relaxing retreat. We loved how much care was taken with the grounds and the outside areas. Spacious enough for each of us to have quiet time as well as time to be together. The sauna is definitely a stand out - and even more amazing we saw a bobcat from the sauna!! I’ll remember that moment for the rest of my life as he walked slowly in front of us. Magical! We want to return in the summer for the cold plunge and outdoor shower. Edward was super accommodating and kind. He has truly built a special place. Don’t hesitate - book it today!!
