Boddington Mill

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

Little Hardings - a spacious, very homely house in an elevated position, tucked away in the village of Liddington. Just 5 minutes' drive from J15 of the M4 & 15 minutes by taxi from Swindon Railway Station. The ancient Ridgeway is on the doorstep, as are the Iron Age Hill Forts of Liddington and Barbury Castle. Conveniently located to explore the Roman City of Bath, Cirencester, Hungerford, Marlborough, Salisbury, Caen Hill Locks, The Cotswolds etc. London Paddington is one hour by train.

Fern Copse Glamping - an idyllic secluded retreat

Our beautiful shepherd's hut is located on a working arable farm. Sylishly decorated and comfortable, with a small kitchenette; en-suite bathroom complete with shower and a woodburner for those cooler evenings. Set in 3/4 acre of grassed space with a wooded backdrop and views of the Ridgeway, the tranquil setting will allow you to relax, especially while luxuriating in the wood fired hot tub. Parking is at the farm, but access to hut is on foot only (300m). We are NOT Bourton on the Water
