Poggiolieto Suite - on hills 10' from city center

Poggiolieto is on the hills just 10 minutes far by car from the Historical center of Florence. The Property is a typical Tuscan country house surrounded by olive trees. The Suite is a flat apartment (bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen). Swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. The house is in a strategic location to be close enough for visiting Firenze's artistic city centre, but be in the peace of the countryside at home with garden and swimming pool.

La Terrazza è un grazioso appartamento con una vista magnifica sulle colline di Settignano. Perfetto per godere di un soggiorno meno caotico rispetto alle via del centro storico e per vivere la tranquillità del luogo. Troverai quindi una stanza matrimoniale ed una zona living che affacciano sulla terrazza di proprietà esclusiva, un bagno con lavatrice ed una cucina attrezzata. Il centro storico si raggiunge comodamente in circa 15 minuti con il bus numero 10 che ferma a cento metri dalla casa.

Da Pallina garden è situato in una posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare la Toscana e scoprire Firenze. L'appartamento si trova a Settignano, sulla prima collina della città, distante dieci minuti in auto (o 15 mins in autobus) dal centro storico di Firenze. L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 4 persone, ed è così composto: cucina, ampia zona giorno, due camere da letto, doppi servizi, ampio giardino. “Pallina” è un soprannome che usiamo nella nostra famiglia da generazioni!

Historical building, surrounded by nature, finely decorated, frescoes/moulding on the ceiling, ample terrace w/ stone and terracotta floor, private outdoor pool.. Good position. Preferably come by car.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
